BillingMate does not provide medical advice, treatment, legal advice, tax advice, or clinical decision-making services.

Submitting a contact form, requesting a consultation, scheduling a call, or communicating with BillingMate does not create a formal client relationship. A service relationship begins only after both parties approve a written agreement, proposal, service contract, or Business Associate Agreement, where applicable.

Users are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials or access details. BillingMate is not responsible for delays or errors caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed information provided by users or third parties.

Where required, BillingMate may act as a business associate and enter into a separate Business Associate Agreement before receiving, creating, maintaining, or transmitting protected health information.
