1. Service Description

BillingMate provides medical billing, revenue cycle management, medical coding, credentialing, denial management, billing audit, and related administrative support services for healthcare providers and healthcare organizations. BillingMate does not provide medical advice, treatment, legal advice, tax advice, or clinical decision-making services.

2. Service Engagement

Submitting a contact form, requesting a consultation, scheduling a call, or communicating with BillingMate does not create a formal client relationship. A service relationship begins only after both parties approve a written agreement, proposal, service contract, or Business Associate Agreement, where applicable.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials or access details. BillingMate is not responsible for delays or errors caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed information provided by users or third parties.

4. HIPAA and Protected Health Information

BillingMate understands the importance of protecting health information. Where required, BillingMate may act as a business associate and enter into a separate Business Associate Agreement before receiving, creating, maintaining, or transmitting protected health information. BillingMate uses reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to help protect sensitive information.

5. Accuracy of Information

BillingMate makes reasonable efforts to keep website content accurate and current. However, medical billing rules, payer requirements, coding guidelines, healthcare regulations, and compliance requirements may change over time.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, service descriptions, images, layouts, and branding, belongs to BillingMate or its licensors. You may view the content for informational purposes only and may not copy, modify, republish, distribute, or use it commercially without written permission.

7. Payment Terms

Any fees for BillingMate services will be stated in a separate proposal, invoice, service agreement, or written contract.

8. Privacy Policy

Use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how BillingMate collects, uses, protects, and manages information submitted through the website.
