Service Description:

BillingMate provides medical billing services, including claims processing, coding, denial management, and revenue cycle optimization, to healthcare providers. Our services are designed to optimize revenue streams for medical practices.

Confidentiality:

BillingMate respects the confidentiality of your patient and practice data. We adhere to strict data protection regulations, ensuring the security of your sensitive information.

Billing and Payment:

Clients are billed according to the agreed-upon terms outlined in their service agreement. Payment is expected within the specified period after receipt of the invoice. Failure to make timely payments may result in service interruption.

Service Modifications:

BillingMate reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services with or without notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

Client Responsibilities:

Clients are responsible for providing accurate patient and medical practice information. BillingMate is not liable for errors or delays in billing caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

Intellectual Property:

All content and materials provided by BillingMate, including but not limited to logos, software, and documentation, are the property of BillingMate and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination:

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. BillingMate reserves the right to terminate services immediately in case of non-payment or violation of these terms.

Limitation of Liability:

BillingMate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BillingMate operates.
